4T Land Surveying, LLC is a Texas land surveying firm owned and operated by brothers Travis and Chris Wachtstetter, both Registered Professional Land Surveyors since 2015.

Surveying is a long-standing tradition in the Wachtstetter family, originating with their grandfather, Carl Wachtstetter, the original surveyor in the family. Travis and Chris were raised in a family-owned and operated land surveying business, working alongside their father, Chuck Wachtstetter, and gaining hands-on experience from an early age. As third-generation surveyors, they bring decades of combined family knowledge and proven practices to every project.​​

Travis Wachtstetter is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with experience across residential, commercial, and development surveying projects. Raised in a multi-generation surveying family, Travis developed a strong foundation through hands-on field experience and mentorship from an early age. He is known for his attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and commitment to delivering accurate results.

Chris Wachtstetter is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with a strong background in boundary analysis, project coordination, and client communication. As a third-generation surveyor, Chris brings a detail-oriented approach and a deep respect for the profession, ensuring each project is completed with precision and professionalism.
